These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of StockUnlimited, operated by Inmagine Lab Pte Ltd (“we”, “us”), 11 Collyer Quay, #17-00, The Arcade, Singapore 049317. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You sign in with Google or with an email and password. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country, and the information you give us must be accurate. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your access secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
The service runs on prepaid credits. A credit is consumed when you license a stock photo (10 credits), create an AI image (1 credit) or edit an image (1 credit); current prices are shown on the Pricing page and may change. New accounts receive starter and daily free credits, which are a perk and may be changed or withdrawn. Credits are valid for their billing period. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel, and you may cancel at any time in your account. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
You keep ownership of the prompts and images you upload. You grant us the limited license needed to host, process and display that content in order to provide the service, including sending prompts and reference images to the AI providers that generate results for you. You are responsible for the content you upload and must have the rights to use it, including the rights to any person, brand or work it contains.
Your right to use images you license or create is governed by the License. In short: stock photos are licensed from their creators through 123RF and carry the license terms shown; images you create with AI are yours to use commercially and personally, but come with no legal protection and may not be eligible for copyright in some countries.

AI outputs are produced by machine-learning models and are provided as-is. Similar prompts can produce similar results for different users, so outputs may not be unique, and we do not guarantee their accuracy, originality or fitness for any purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and for how you use them.
The StockUnlimited service, software, branding and content we provide (other than images you license or create) belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our brand or software beyond using the service as intended.
We rely on third parties, including Google, Adyen, Amazon Web Services, AI model providers and 123RF, to provide parts of the service. Your use of those features may also be subject to the third party’s own terms.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and expenses arising from your content, your use of the service, or your breach of these Terms or of someone else’s rights.
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that is unlawful or harmful. If we terminate your account for a breach, unused credits may be forfeited.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction over any dispute, without regard to conflict-of-law rules and subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect, and continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept them.
